- 3 / 5By Sug raService was good with friendly staff, bt they failed to give afternoon tea on time, we waited an hour extra after treatments. Staff were all not aware of halal menu option that is offered here.
If you have any special requirements please mention to them to make a note of it on their system. Because I notified them and they still failed to deliver on it.
Jacuzzi wasn't working on the day and we were told on arrival failed to notify before so that we could rearrange.
The Gym facility is pretty cool here.
The Treatments were amazing! Highly recommend back massage and facial!
